From the way back when machine.. Something tells me we won’t see these things again. 32 independent Seattle restaurants joining up for a group party? Not once but multiple years rolling. Everyone knew everyone, literally. The city has changed. The restaurant community scattered to the wind by endless openings and closures. What do you think? Are restaurants in Seattle better now? Have we improved over idk,,,, Ponti, Rovers, Kaspers, Queen city, Adriatica, Szmanias, Palomino, Dahlia, Chez Shea, FX, Umbertos, Triples, Kyak Club, 13 coins (don’t start, you know what I’m mean, the real one! Not that bastardized atrocity in pioneer square) Fullers, Tup Tim Thai, Unions Square.. Has the food and service increased or just the prices? You tell me? Also tell me what great spot did I miss?
