The bar at BluWater

A full-service bar built around classic cocktails, Pacific Northwest taps, and a tight, intentional wine list.

The bar runs the length of the room with a clear view through the dining room and out across the water. It’s where regulars catch the game, neighbors stop in for one before dinner, and walk-ins find a seat when the dining room is full. Full kitchen menu, all bar hours.

Bar at a glance

  • Walk-in seating — first-come, first-served at the bar and bar-height tables
  • Full kitchen menu available, same as the dining room
  • Eleven HD TVs around the room — see Watch the Game for sound and feed details
  • Rotating specials — weekly food and drink promotions in place of a set happy hour; see Specials for what’s on now

What’s pouring

Our drinks menu covers the full lineup, but the short version:

  • Cocktails — a roster of classics done right (Manhattan, Martini, Old Fashioned), plus a rotating list of seasonal and signature drinks built around fresh juice, Northwest spirits, and house syrups.
  • Beer — eight rotating drafts leaning Pacific Northwest, a short bottle list, hard seltzers, and a small non-alcoholic selection. Tap list rotates regularly — ask your bartender for tonight’s pour.
  • Wine — an intentionally tight list, mostly West Coast, organized to pair cleanly with the kitchen. Several glass pours and a handful of weeknight-friendly bottles.

Walk-ins welcome

Bar seating is walk-in only — we don’t take reservations for the bar itself. On a busy night the bar fills up before the dining room does, so if you’re flexible on timing, it’s the easiest seat in the house. The host stand can also put your name down for the bar if you’d prefer to wait there for a dining-room table.

Watching a game

Eleven screens around the bar and dining room mean there’s a sightline from almost every seat. Tell your bartender what you’re hoping to catch and we’ll route it to a screen near you when we can. Sound priority goes to the room’s marquee game — usually whichever Seattle team is playing — and closed captions stay on for everything else. For the full rundown on networks, sound, and big-event nights, see Watch the Game.

Happy hour

We don’t run a traditional happy hour at the moment. Instead, the bar has a rotating slate of promotions and specials throughout the week — wing nights, weekly value menus, seasonal cocktails, holiday prix fixe — and the lineup changes often, so what’s on tonight isn’t always what’s on next week.

The current rundown lives on the Specials page — worth a quick check before you head over. If you’d rather not keep tabs yourself, sign up for email or text alerts and we’ll send a short note when something new starts. Either way, ask the bartender — they’ll know what’s running and what to pair with it.
