Starting today BluWater is implementing a few changes to be even more proactive in our city’s fight with the coronavirus. Beginning today: All menus will paper only, no hard surface backs. Menus will be recycled per shift with new menus used for the following period Salt and pepper, sugar caddies will be off the tables and by request only. Sanitized after each use Drink & wine menus are off the table tops and also by request only. Sanitized after each use Silverware and side plates will not be kept on tables but delivered with your bread and water Ketchups and jams will now be brought with food in ramekins, not in bottles on the table Sugar caddies will be removed from table tops. These are by request with ice-teas and coffees Table tops continue to be sanitized thoroughly after each guest leaves Ask your server for a complimentary Emergen-C packet with your water In addition BluWater is bringing in staff early each day to vigorously sanitize all surfaces.
